Hello everyone!! As we celebrate & ring in the new year, I was reflecting on the fact that we really cannot have a TRULY HAPPY new year without Jesus. Unless he’s the center of our lives, & we’ve given Him control, we’ll just never know what full contentment, peace, & joy feels like!
This does not mean we won’t have problems. As a matter of fact, the Bible tells us in John 16:33 that we WILL have problems, its guaranteed. However, knowing Jesus means having hope despite these problems. It means not having to carry the burdens of life on our own. 😌😊💖

I see way too many people who call themselves Christian, yet refuse to make a real commitment to following Christ. I’ve been there. Each one of our journeys is personal. But we must keep growing. We cannot stay stuck in the same place spiritually speaking, that we were last year. We need to grow! We need to leave old ways of being, attitudes, bad habits or patterns, all behind us. ❤
I pray that your love for God is ignited this year, & that it motivates you to take a step forward in faith. A small step can be the catalyst for great change, if you just choose to have a truly happy new year, with Jesus as the center of your life. 🔥🕊
