Hi guys! I was nominated by Mia from Called to be a Writer for the three- day quote challenge! ❤👏 Thank you Mia!! ❤

I pick one quote each day over the next 3 days & share it with all of you. I also get to nominate 1 person for the challenge each day! 🙌

So my first quote is from an author, speaker, man of God who is really wise. He has so many amazing quotes in his book, Faith Habits. His name is Derron E. Short & if you don’t follow him yet on Twitter or you haven’t read his book yet, I highly recommend you do. It’s full of wisdom & practical advice on applying God’s word to our lives. Anywho, here’s the quote I picked… (It was difficult lol 😭😂)

I hope it impacts you & helps you in some way. ❤ To me, it served as a great reminder that no matter what may be going on, our purpose in Christ is greater & it’s the priority. We all have too much to do because we all have a purpose, a task to do. We need to focus on Him, not the pain, & always keep moving forward. ❤

Love it! ❤️ So easy to focus on the pain, especially when we’re in the middle of one of life’s storms or healing hasn’t taken place for hurts from the past, but definitely just got to keep our eyes on the Lord and focus on eternal priorities. Can’t say I’ve heard of this guy before, but now I’m going to have to check him out. 👍🏼 Thanks for the heads up!
