Hold on to Jesus! We are Almost Home!

Hold on to our living hope! We are almost home! I know you guys are all well aware of all the current events happening in the USA and the world. Chaos, oppression, violence, censorship, rumors of wars, pandemic, calling good evil, and evil good, lawlessness, mass deception etc. We are definitely in the end times, without a doubt! We must stay focused on Jesus NO MATTER WHAT! Otherwise, we will not survive as there is mass deception and one can easily fall if not walking in the Holy Spirit.

We must make sure to not ever become saddened by these events or discouraged or get our eyes off Jesus. Remember, this is not our permanent home. So don’t put your hope on anything on this earth. It will all pass away. Only the Word of God will remain for eternity. We must stand on that truth.

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. — Matthew 24:35

Be strong in the Lord brothers and sisters, do not fall asleep or leave your posts. We must remain standing. We must stay in place. Stay in prayer always and don’t be moved or shaken by the things you see happening around you.

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. — Ephesians 6:10-18

Remember, our joy and peace comes from the Lord and not earthly things, circumstances, or political leaders or political systems. Jesus warned us these things will happen, and we are seeing them unfold. But they must happen in order for a greater victory to take place! Satan’s ultimate & final judgement! God will always take care of His people, so we just need to always make sure we are in right standing with God all of the time. Moreover, we are not guaranteed that our lives will be perfect or tribulation free, but that we will have victory. Our faith will be tested. We must be very strong in our faith in order to survive these trying times. When I say survive I mean in an eternal sense. Our decisions should always be made out of fear of God and not fear of man.

Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Instead, fear the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. — Matthew 10:28

Lastly, we should always remember that Jesus is always with us. He has not and will not abandon us. We do not have to fear, for if they hate us, it’s because He is in us, and they hated him first.

teaching them to observe all things, whatever I commanded you. And behold, I am with you all the days, until the completion of the age.” –Matthew 28:20

“If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. 19 If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. –John 15:18-19
