God’s Word πŸ˜πŸ“–πŸ™πŸ»

If you haven’t read the Bible today, how about you try right now? The Bible is God’s Word! If we’re seeking the will of God for our lives, direction, comfort, strenght, etc; It’s ALL there! Can you believe we sometimes ignore God’s Word, we neglect to read it, we become distracted & don’t feed ourselves on the very thing that feeds our very soul?! We are so blessed, we have 24/7 access to it. Did you know many Christians nowadays have very limited access to a Bible?
.
We need to read our Bibles, fill our hearts & minds with the promises of God that are in His Word, obey it, & live by them daily! I don’t always read full chapters, some days I read a few verses & meditate on that. It’s just as powerful!!! I look up what the verses mean & how they can be applied to my life? (There’s various Bible commentaries that can help guide you, I use Bible Hub because it provides Bible commentaries online for free. I also use Gotquestions.com which is also a totally free site, loaded with info!
.
Then ask God, what do I need to change about myself? How does this apply to me & what’s the lesson? What’s God saying here? ASK the Holy Spirit to help you in reading the Bible! ❀ There’s always an amazing treasure the Lord is waiting to reveal! πŸ’–πŸ“–πŸ™πŸ»

  1. β€œBut the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.”
    ‭‭1 John‬ ‭2:27‬ ‭KJV‬‬
Old Testament and New Testament go hand in hand like a big jigsaw puzzle.
